I'm always impressed by Matt's solid subject matter expertise, keen sense of prioritization, and ability to manage and execute on multiple fronts at once. All of this came to the fore when a vendor's product began to suffer in quality: Matt collected the stakeholder and customer feedback, sought out a new vendor, and managed the transition process as his team implemented the new vendor and addressed everyone's fear, uncertainty, and doubt.
